Try Something New!!

I have been trying a wide variety of crafts lately. I have most recently tried the Kokeshi Dolls. I love them! I make them into purse charms at the moment, however I will be making large free standing dolls soon. I have new listings on www.geishatree.etsy.com. Take a look and let me know what ya think :)

A.D.D? :)

I just mailed my first international orders today to Australia and to The Netherlands. THAT was a cool feeling!
My mind is racing in twenty thousand directions lately. All these ideas crop up in my overworked brain as I lay down to sleep each night! As of right now I have Ginger Babies, Gingerkins, my Military items (perks of being in a military town), my photo prints, wall hangings and now I am venturing into the realm of scrabble tile and glass tile pendant making. I will be adding more items as I make them to my etsy page.

The scabble tile pendants looked so easy to make....however I am still experimenting with them. It has been a bit of trial and error. I see that the diamond glaze can actually fall in the middle (like the cakes I make! haha ). Will get it ! Persistence ! My cousin Megan is an outstanding original artist. She is involved with ink drawing and photo programs. I will be using some of her artwork for a few pendants. I will have a separate link to her site soon.

I have to hand it to all fellow artists and craft masters ! Imagination is such a wonderful gift to possess. Never grow up, never be afraid to use your imagination!
